Recently invited by Leticia Carrazana and the Latin American Division of Citigroup, Martha Fugate and YES intern Allison Tinney spoke to Citibank employees as part of diversity awareness for Gay Pride month. First in Miami and a week later in
Ft. Lauderdale, YES met with employees eager to discuss ways of maintaining the most inclusive and team-driven work environment.
