YES Institute works in partnership with corporations that have stepped forward to invest in education on gender and orientation. We serve as a communication consultant for Ernst & Young, one of the Big 4 accounting firms, collaborating to build powerful inclusiveness strategies on a global level. Disney World and Citibank are some of our other corporate partners paving the way for safer and more inclusive communities.

“Now I realize that there’s a way to dialogue without arguing with people. I don’t have to give up my own beliefs and I don’t have to own or change anyone’s point of view to find solutions. This is a great training for corporate teams!” - Out & Equal 2009 participant of YES training

Working Unity - Training for Employees

YES Institute offers Working Unity, an innovative course designed to support businesses in creating workplace environments where all employees relate authentically and work together productively. Moving beyond the call to “celebrate differences,” we redefine diversity and shift the focus from what we think to how we think about race, gender, orientation, and all notions of difference that separate us. Working Unity is customized to accommodate a particular corporation’s environment, policies, and needs. The training can be conducted on site, at YES Institute, or through distance learning.

Please contact us to schedule a training for your workplace.

Financial Giving

Financial contributions demonstrate your commitment to youth safety within the community, and support the vital work necessary to make it happen. One hundred percent of all donations go toward producing YES Institute educational programs. Contributors who donate $1,000 or more become members of our Kiaora Society.
