YES works in partnership with corporations that have stepped forward to invest in education on gender and orientation. Citigroup, Disney World Central Shops, Federated Department Stores, and the Miami Herald are some of our corporate partners paving the way for safer and more inclusive communities.
YES Institute offers Working Unity, an innovative workshop that redefines diversity and instead generates new levels of understanding and relatedness. This is a fundamental shift, not in what we think, but in how we think about race, gender, orientation, and all other notions of difference that divide us.
Working Unity is a customized training product designed and delivered in the context of a particular corporation’s environment, policies, and needs. Each unique workshop helps businesses in providing a workplace environment where all employees relate authentically and work together productively. This workshop can be conducted on site, online, or both in a blended learning strategy.
We have provided diversity trainings to Miami Beach Police Department, The Miami Herald, Federated Department Stores, Disney World Central Shops, Arvida Realty, Miami-Dade Police Department and many others.
